Our return and refund policy is designed to give you complete confidence in your purchase, ensuring a straightforward process should any product not meet your expectations.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of electronic goods, our return policy is structured to protect all customers and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.
We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged on Arrival: If the product you received is physically damaged, dead on arrival, or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong Product Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Upon notification and verification, we will arrange a pickup for the product and process a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following categories are non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped:
Opened or Used Electronic Devices: Products whose packaging has been opened or have been used cannot be returned for a change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Software and Digital Products: Any product that includes a software license or digital content that has been activated or downloaded.
Products with Tampered Warranty Seals: Items where the manufacturer's warranty seal has been broken are not eligible for return.
Clearance or Final Sale Items: These items are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Notify our customer service team via email at support@jivanpets.com within the specified timeframe. Please include your order number, product name, and a clear description (and photos/video) of the issue.
Verification: Our team will review your request and may require additional information or a video demonstration to verify the issue.
Pickup Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and arrange for a pickup of the product from your address at our cost.
Inspection & Resolution: After we receive the product and inspect it to confirm the reported issue, we will process your replacement immediately. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original mode of payment.
3. Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

If the order is prepaid, a full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment once the cancellation is confirmed.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can choose to accept the delivery or refuse it at the time of delivery. If the order is refused and returned to us, the original product cost will be refunded, but any shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns and cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product and complete the inspection. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
