1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer a variety of secure payment options to facilitate your purchase:
Credit Cards & Debit Cards: We accept all major domestic and international credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay) through our secure payment gateway.
Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Pay seamlessly using your preferred UPI ID through apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others.
Net Banking: We offer net banking facilities with all major Indian banks.
Digital Wallets: Make quick and easy payments using popular digital wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at the time of product delivery.
2. Payment Security
The security of your financial information is our highest priority.
SSL Encryption: Our website is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
PCI-DSS Compliance: We partner with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment gateways. This means your card details are processed directly by these secure gateways and are never stored on our servers.
Tokenization: For card transactions, our payment gateway uses tokenization, replacing your sensitive card details with a unique identifier ("token") to ensure secure processing and storage for future transactions, only with your explicit consent.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
Eligibility: COD is available for most orders. However, we reserve the right to restrict COD for certain high-value orders or in specific pin codes based on risk assessment.
Order Value Limit: COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. Orders exceeding this amount must be prepaid.
Convenience Fee: A nominal Cash on Delivery fee of ₹49 will be applied to all COD orders to cover handling and processing costs. This fee will be clearly displayed during checkout.
4. Payment Process
Prepaid Orders: For Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets, payment is captured at the time of order placement.
Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Authorization: Your card or bank account will be debited once you click "Place Order" and your payment is authorized by the gateway.
5. Pricing and Taxes
Product Pricing: All product prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Taxes: The total amount payable includes the product price plus all applicable taxes, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The break-up of the price and taxes is clearly displayed on the order summary page before you finalize your payment.
6. Billing & Invoices
A digital tax invoice will be generated for every successful purchase and will be emailed to the address registered with your account. A physical copy can also be included with your shipment upon request.
7. Failed & Declined Transactions
If your payment fails or is declined, please:
Ensure all entered details (e.g., card number, expiry date, CVV) are correct.
Check with your bank to ensure your card is authorized for online transactions and has sufficient funds/credit limit.
Try again after a short while or use an alternative payment method.
If the amount has been debited from your account despite a failure message, it will be automatically credited back to your source account within 7-10 business days. We recommend you contact your bank for the exact timeline of the refund.
8. Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are processed for orders that are cancelled successfully before shipment or for products returned as per our [Return Policy](link to your return policy).
Processing Time: Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original source of payment within 7-10 business days.
Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
